Amazing! The part about joy being attached to food and not knowing how else to celebrate… this is so me! I have lost weight with calorie counting, now maintaining (I think, I don’t weigh but still in the same size clothes) but maybe rather than maintaining I have stalled due to still having cravings and finding that dopamine hit from food… definitely food for thought (no pun intended!)
